Join CTSHP!

Membership dues are paid for the local chapter through on line registration at TX Society of Health System Pharmacists.  You have to be a TSHP member to join the local CTSHP chapter.  Annual membership to CTHSP is only $30.00 for Registered Pharmacists and $15.00 for Technicians and Students (plus TSHP membership fee).  Non members may join during the meetings.  Continuing Education is offered only to TSHP members. 

CE credits are provided by the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

To receive a certificate of attendance, a program evaluation form must be completed and returned to a CTSHP board member at the end of the CE program.
