For all CTSHP-sponsored meetings, continuing education credit will be offered to TSHP members only.   Non-members may join during the meeting.  Membership forms for CTSHP and TSHP will be available at the meeting.  TSHP is approved by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education as a provider of Continuing Education.  To receive a certificate of attendance, a program evaluation form must be completed and returned to a CTSHP board member at the end of the program.  A certificate of attendance will be mailed within 30 days.
